During this guided shamanic journey we will connect with the seven directions of the the Medicine Wheel (East, South, West, North, Above, Below & Centre). Through the practice we will receive all their guidance and blessings for the new year ahead.
Please create a comfortable and quiet space, light a candle and enjoy. If possible, use an external speaker as it will offer a better quality sound for singing bowls, drum and voice. (Please be aware that voice channeling can be a bit loud)
