Enjoy some relaxing guided meditations in the comfort of your home
Create a comfortable space and make sure that you won't be disturbed. Lie down or sit on a chair and cover yourself with a blanket. During the guided meditations, I may invite you to visualise images within your mind. Sometimes a vision may come to your awareness. Other times you may have a feeling or a sense of the experience/object of the visualisation. You can also simply describe the it with words, and that is fine too.
As relaxation deepen the quality of our inner awareness comes closer to our natural state of being. Taking some time to relax and recharge our system is a very precious gift within our busy lives. Enjoy the experience with no judgment.
